Navy Blue Ceremonial Under Belt

A ceremonial sword accessory for parades and ceremonial dress.

Main Material.

 Belt – Wool worsted, blue, the shade is to match the Standard Pattern

•  To measure 45mm wide
•  Warp – Wool worsted 3/22Nm
•  Weft – Cotton 10Nm
•  Catch thread – Nylon, 2/128Nm, blue
• Leather

 Sword attachment pieces and tab securing D-ring -Leather, vegetable tanned bovine skin, dyed black, natural back. Smooth grain finished as the Standard Pattern. Substance 1.8mm – 2mm

 Fixed loop and slider, leather, black as above but substance 1.4mm – 1.6mm

 All edges are to be dyed black to match the surface

 Inner lining to belt tip – Leather, vegetable tanned bovine skin, black dyed through. Long grain finish, substance 0.7mm - 1mm

 All leather pieces are to have tooled grooves inset from the edges as per the Standard Pattern

Metal ware.

 Attachment rings for sword slings long and short, two pronged buckle with roller to back bar and fourteen eyelets – all to be brass gold plated, designs are to be as per the Standard Pattern

 All burrs and sharp edges are to be removed
